Information Sharing

Palomar respects your personal information, and you get to control what is shared and with who. With your consent, we work with our partner agencies and share relevant information about your situation in order to best connect you to support. Below is a breakdown of our partner agencies with information on how each of them can help you. You can change how your information is shared at any time. Remember, we only share relevant information with your consent and only with agencies who can provide you with the support and services you need.   

Palomar and partner agencies are required by law to report suspected child abuse and neglect, threats to harm yourself or others, suspected abuse or neglect of an elderly or vulnerable adult, and when ordered by a judge.

Category 1: Sharing information with direct service providers

In order to best connect you to the partners below, we may need to share information about you, such as your name, contact information, details about the abuse, and who all may have been impacted.

Category 2: Sharing information with partners who provide goods or other assistance

These partners ask that we give them basic information about you, such as your name, age, gender, and/or race/ethnicity in order to help keep their services available for those who need them.
