Support through Congruence: Seeking Safety Group

The Seeking Safety Group is a support group for individuals looking to manage trauma and related challenges. Participants are invited to share in a respectful, caring, and confidential environment. All are welcome. The group will meet weekly on Mondays from 12:30PM – 1:30PM, starting November 24th.
